I appreciate the gesture, but thats alright haha... I just wanted them for collection I guess. Over the past 31 months, I have only gotten the Demon Mask from the Canthan New Year... so it's kind of disappointing. Oh well, and what was that I read about people not getting them because of lag or something?

According to a bit of news I read (not sure if its true or not, but I believe it is) you should be able to talk to the festival hat maker and get the 2 hats this year

Yup, check the update notes. You have up to a week to get the festival hat maker to make the ice and wreath hats for you.
